An opportunity has arisen for someone with dynamic & proven leadership skills to join our well established team. The purpose of this post is to provide effective leadership and management for a team of Drivers & Loaders to ensure that customers needs are met and that loading and transport is efficient, optimised & effectively managed. You will manage and develop the team to ensure that staff are fully trained in all aspects of their roles. 

You will need an ability to analyse, problem solve, be assertive and use your initiative when leading the team both well, and by example. You must have an interest in logistics & despatch management, have proven & effective communication skills to both lead the team and liaise competently with our customers.

IT Developer and Systems Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our ICT department. We are seeking to appoint a systems developer with sound IT capabilities who has good organisational and time management skills.

You will require at least 5 GCSE’s to include ICT, Maths, English and a Science. Working with PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL are a key part of the role so experience in these or similar languages is essential.

You will also require experience of software setup and have an ability to work accurately. Sound interpersonal skills are essential due to the requirement to work with colleagues across all departments.

Production Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager with proven leadership skills who has the ability to understand and apply lean manufacturing operations. Experience within the fenestration industry desirable but not essential.

The purpose of this role is to provide effective leadership and management of people and work processes using a quality assured led approach to support the Production Bay’s manufacturing activity.

The successful applicant must be able to lead well by example and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Goods Handler - Goods In Team

We have a Goods Handler position available within the Goods-In team and we are looking to appoint an individual who is motivated and reliable with a positive attitude to compliment the existing team.

An FLT licence would be preferable.

You will need to be able to manually handle a wide variety of products. You will also need to have good customer service skills, have the ability to receive, off-load and load deliveries, and be able to replenish stock required within production.

A can-do attitude and positive teamwork ethic are essential qualities for the role. Full training will be provided.

Sales Office - Quotations & Sales Order Processor

Due to expansion in the office, we are seeking to appoint an additional Sales Order Processor to the team. The role involves doing quotes and processing orders for windows, doors, & conservatory roofs. You need to have good customer service skills, good computer skills & be able to work accurately. An interest in technical information would also assist although full training will be given.

Sales Office - Part Time Customer Service -Technical Support Role

An exciting job share opportunity has arisen to join our well established team in our busy sales office environment! You will have a positive “can do” attitude and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as an ability to retain and work with technical information. Sound problem solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively are also essential qualities for the role.

Hours of work are:-

  • Tuesday 12pm – 5pm
  • Wednesday 8.30am – 5pm
  • Thursday 12pm – 5pm
  • Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Flexibility will however be required to meet the needs of the business, for ongoing training as well as a minimum requirement to cover your job share partner for annual holidays. The Customer Service element provides value-added support to customers through effectively managing product related service issues, both internal and external. The position requires working closely with other departments within the company as well as external customers. To achieve this you will also need to be able to exercise three–dimensional, spatial awareness, problem solving skills and an ability to retain & work with technical information.

The Technical Support element will be steadily brought in as confidence and knowledge of products is developed. The aim being that you will be able to offer support for colleagues as well as for customers.

Sales Office - Sales Order Inputter - Full time position

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join and compliment a well established sales office team?

We are looking to employ a positive person with a “can do” attitude. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and have an ability to work accurately with both written and numerical data.

The purpose of this post is to work closely with the Sales Office to ensure orders are correctly dated and scheduled for both production and delivery. In addition, the post also includes training which will enable support to the Delivery & Production Co-Ordinator.
