Sales Office - Sales Order Inputter - Part time

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join and compliment a well established sales office team? We are looking to employ a positive person with a “can do” attitude. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to work accurately with both written and numerical data.

This post holder will work closely with the Sales Office to ensure orders are correctly dated and scheduled for both production and delivery. Also, with additional training this role will support the Delivery and Production Coordinator.

Senior Warehouse and Transport Manager

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A LEADERSHIP POSITION IN PVCu AND ALUMINIUM GOODS, WAREHOUSE AND DESPATCH MANAGEMENT

We are looking to appoint a new Senior Warehouse Manager into our well established team. The purpose of this role is to manage a team of stores staff, drivers, and loaders, ensuring our customer needs are fully met.

You must be dynamic, assertive and possess proven leadership skills. You will need an ability to analyse and problem solve, and have an interest in logistics and despatch management. You will possess effective communication skills and have the ability to lead a team well and by example.

Our fleet mainly consists of 7.5 tonne vehicles but we do have specialist vehicles at our disposal.

Qualifications and Skills
  • GCSE
  • NVQ3
  • Transport management
  • Logistics

A recognised Health and Safety qualification would be desirable and a sound understanding of Driver CPC would be beneficial to the successful candidate.

Logistics - HGV Driver

NEW OPPORTUNITY! We are looking to appoint another HGV delivery driver with a CPC qualification to our well established team.

The role is to deliver SWC’s high quality products to customers based in regional destinations ranging from Northumberland to Lincolnshire on the east coast and from Scarborough across to Merseyside, ensuring that this is done in a safe and professional manner.

All of the products we manufacture and supply are delivered using our own specially customised transport. Our fleet mainly comprises of 7.5 tonne wagons but we do have other specialist vehicles.

Sales Office - External Customer Service -Technical Support Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established team in our busy sales office environment!

Hours of work are:- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm. Flexibility will however be required to meet the needs of the business, ongoing training and there will be a minimum requirement to cover your job share partner for annual holidays.

The External Customer Service element provides value-added support to customers through effectively managing product related service issues. The position requires working closely with other departments within the company as well as external customers. To achieve this you will also need to be able to exercise three–dimensional, spatial awareness, problem solving skills and an ability to retain & work with technical information.

The Technical Support element will be steadily brought in as confidence and knowledge of products is developed. The aim being that you will be able to offer support for colleagues as well as for customers.
