HUMAN RESOURCES - HR Assistant Manager (Part-Time)

Due to expansion we are seeking to appoint an HR Assistant Manager. You must have a proven HR qualification or recent relevant experience within the HR field.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced part time HR Assistant Manager to work 2 days a week (usually Thursday & Friday) plus occasional holiday cover.

You will need to have an HR qualification or recent experience of undertaking investigation interviews and disciplinary hearings and be relatively current in your knowledge of employment legislation.

We are looking for a confident, outgoing, friendly personality who can work independently as well as part of our wider team here at SWC. Strong administration and literacy skills are essential qualities.

This position is being offered on a 2 year fixed term basis in the first instance. Salary dependent on experience.

Production Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager with proven leadership skills who has the ability to understand and apply lean manufacturing operations. Experience within the fenestration industry desirable but not essential.

The purpose of this role is to provide effective leadership and management of people and work processes using a quality assured led approach to support the Production Bay’s manufacturing activity.

Full Time Customer Service/Technical Support/Quotation Support

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established team in our busy sales office environment!

Hours of work are 8:30am – 5pm Monday-Friday.

The Customer Service element provides value-added support to customers through effectively managing product related service issues. The position requires working closely with other departments within the company as well as external customers. To achieve this you will also need to be able to exercise three–dimensional, spatial awareness, problem solving skills and an ability to retain & work with technical information.

The Technical Support element will be steadily brought in as confidence and knowledge of products is developed. The aim being that you will be able to offer support for colleagues as well as for customers.

Basic Quotation Support is an aspect of the role that will be developed as the initial two elements become more routine. The post involves Customer Service, Technical Support and basic Customer Quotations.
